Safety Profile :	Thrombocytopenia, platelet dysfunction, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetic retinopathy, and pregnancy
Adverse Effects :	Bleeding, sub-cutaneous haematoma and thrombocytopenia.
Drug Interactions :	NSAIDs, Vitamin K antagonists may increase its activity. However, low dose aspirin may be continued unless some other contraindication is present.
